APPLICATION FORM

Brownfield applications are accepted on a rolling basis until HLB’s EPA grant funding is expended. After submitting the below application, a HLB representative will schedule a consultation with you via phone to discuss the project and determine eligibility for funding. Project applications will be scored based on a predetermined scoring rubric that aligns with the program’s mission and community vision. Information shared through the application form and during the consultation process will be taken into consideration for making a final decision by HLB to fund the project. Projects that are selected by HLB for funding must complete a Property Eligibility Determination form for final approval by the EPA. EPA brownfields eligibility criteria can be reviewed here.
