You must have a gross household income of 120% of area median income (AMI) or less in order to qualify.

In addition, you must:
• Occupy the home as a principal residence
• Have income-qualified by the City of Houston

The land comes with a ten-year deed restriction to maintain qualified income and preserve affordability.
